22nd Annual Celebrating Central Missouri Athletics Auction & Dinner

UCM Athletics is pleased to invite you to our 22nd annual “Celebrating Central Missouri Athletics” auction & dinner on August 12th! The funds raised in the auction allow our outstanding coaches and student-athletes to continue to compete at a very high level.

Your support is much appreciated and has a huge impact on the success of the Mules and Jennies! 

The live auction will again feature the fabulous Nigro Brothers Auctioneers and valuable items that are sure to pique your interest. The silent auction will include hundreds of items including UCM athletic apparel, gift certificates, trips, golf outings, sports memorabilia, household items, and more. As always, Sodexo will provide a wonderful meal featuring a variety of hors d’oeuvres, entrees and desserts!

We invite you to register for the auction and dinner on the "Registration" tab and indicate support for your preferred sport in the "Group Name" on the second page of the form. Your admission ticket includes goods and services that exceed the ticket price, therefore, no portion of your admission ticket is considered a charitable gift. 

For those unable to attend the dinner, the silent auction will be available for online bidding at no cost. The self-registration link will be available late July at www.UCMAthletics.com/Auction. Please feel free to share this link as everyone is welcome to bid online in the silent auction. 

Auction & Dinner Registration

Cost to attend the dinner and auction is $100/person. Tables of 8 are available for $800.00. Please also note that items donated to the auction that are valued at over $1,000 entitle the donor to a complimentary reserved table for eight.

Hotel Accommodations

Thanks to the generosity of our hotel partners, rooms for Friday night are available at the Best Western Warrensburg Inn, Comfort Inn Warrensburg Station or Holiday Inn Express & Suites of Warrensburg (Holiday Inn rooms are sold out!). These can be purchased for $50 on the "Registration" tab. Reservations must be made through UCM Athletics directly for this rate Please do not contact the hotel directly. Item Donation

If you would like to donate an item to be featured in the auction you may click on the "Donate an Item" tab or contact Michelle Schubert at (660)909-2159 or schubert@ucmo.edu. Donations may be tax-deductible, and all proceeds directly benefit UCM Athletics and our 500+ student-athletes.
